What can I do to get less sleep yet still feel as though i got a full night's rest?

are you trying to kill ur self? our body need a minimum of 7 hours of sleep der night.

Not much. You can fool your body for a while and load up on caffeine or other chemicals, but sooner or later, your body will demand its sleep allotment. If you're talking about a long-term regime, check on just how much sleep you are currently getting. Some people don't actually need 8 hours, others need 10. It just depends on your body, your metabolism, and your rate of recovery.
