A small amount of Garlic is great for a healthy diet. There are many health benefits besides keeping vampires away. Garlic helps lower blood pressure, reduces plaque build up in the arteries, lowers blood sugar levels, helps to remove led and mercury from your body and is a natural antibiotic. And there are other benefits as well.

I have no idea what the Turkish Towel is. I had pneumonia last year and was using garlic supplements to try and address the infection. when Ihad blood tests at the hospital I bled all over and they said my blood was like water (I had taken a lot) so there is absolutely no doubt that garlic thins your blood and would therefore improve circulation.

coming from an Italian background my mother used to feed us a clove of raw garlic every couple of days, and then a glass of milk. Somehow it didn't make our breath stink and, strangely, my brothers and I were the only kids in the school who never got colds or illnesses, we had the best attendance record.
I really do believe that garlic works wonders, particularly if taken in a natural form on a regular basis. All of my gorgeousfluffpot bits are working perfectly and I still don't get colds, perhaps because of it.

A brisk 30-minute walk every day works better than garlic, not to mention that it's less pungent on the breath. Thinning of ones' blood doesn't necessarily mean that circulation is improved; it only means that the blood has less ability to clot, which ain't necessarily good.

I know Garlic is a natural antibiotic. Vitamin E is for circulation and blood flow. Or you can take a baby aspirin to help with circulation since it thins the blood.
