Does lemon help to reduce acid reflux?

don't know about lemon, but unpasteurized apple cider vinegar does..
1/3 tsp apple cider vinegar before each meal. hold in your mouth for a minute before swallowing, this starts the digestive enzymes in the saliva start the digestive process right in your mouth. this causes stomach digestive fluids to flow faster, resulting in improved digestion and better breath. it takes a bit to get used to the taste, but well worth the effort

just for the record....doesn't quite make sense to me either,1/3 tsp is not enough to damage your innards.. but, if you haven't tried it, don't knock it..
i have found it to help in the way described above..
thanks

have not heard about lemons.
I found eating a live culture yogurt before bedtime works.
It also depends on your age. As we age, there is less stomach acid for digestion.

Dannon Activia is available at all groceries. Or buy an organic brand with the live cultures.
don't waste your money on the other fruit varieties. they are heated and kill all the good stuff so they are worthless.

If you have acids from the stomach urping up into and causing cellular change and damage to the esophagus why would you want to drink more acid. This same answer applies to the moronic practice of drinking vinegar.

Actually i use that sometimes as it is always from a virus in the food from processing. I use pepcid ac for fast control of the national food virus. I never travel without pepcid and aspirin.
