well, yes. it has been done already with a mouse. unfortunately, political issues have stifled growth in the area of stem cell research, since many of these cells are difficult to obtain without destroying an embyo in the process. so, sadly, other medical miracles might never come to fruition.

I know they have proved that if stem cells are placed in a damaged part of the brain, the stem cells become part of the brain and repairs damage. The are working on being able to use stem cells to repair injured organs or totally use stem cells to grow a whole new organ for transplants. They are doing amazing things with stem cells but I have only heard of producing animals, and internal organs and brain matter.

Thats between the flaws their engaged on in stem cellular study. I notably heard that right element someplace awhile lower back too. Their attempting to improve physique areas with the stem cells and between the examples they used became turning out to be an ear or nostril and epidermis for burn sufferers or those in injuries the place they have been heavily disfigured.

It all depends on which type of stem cells you are talking about.

If you are talking of adult stem cells that are found in bone marrow, placenta fluid, and stem cells from the umbilical cord; the answer is yes and they have already done it.

embryo stem cells from fetuses haven not been proven to be effective at all. in fact; they have been proven to be unstable because they replicate so fast.
