I don't know of any home remedies. I know the best remedy though. It is call upon the name of the Lord and ask Jesus Christ to come into your heart and life today and ask him to help you with your alcohol addictions. He will help you overcome them and also get in church somewhere. When you feel you have nowhere to turn then go to church and ask the Lord to help you cause he is always there to help you with whatever you need help with. That is the best remedy you can recieve

It all depends on how much alcohol you have consumed in the past. I have a friend who went to a clinic to get help with his alcohol consumption and he was a very heavy drinker. He started drinking hard liqueur in the morning before he went to work. He stayed at the clinic for 4 weeks and got monitored and also got drugs administered. I believe he was or still is on those drug for the last 6 months. If you are not a heavy drinker and just addicted to alcohol, you can do it just cold turkey. Get a good vitamin supplement, eat healthy foods and drink lots of fruit juices to get the toxin out of your body. Get some Valerian capsule to help you stay calm and relaxed. Congrats! You can do it.

curlyQ is right. I have a son that is an alcoholic and been through treatment many times. That means he has been through redrawing many times. Its not a pretty thing to see, its horrible. More then once he thought he could do it himself and in the end he could not. They can die, they need to be monitored and drugs administered if needed. It is nothing to try and take on yourself. Please get help. I wish you well.
