One of the best for antioxidants is supposed to be Goji berries. Make sure you get the authentic Tibetan ones though and not Chinese which might be full of fertilisers. Antioxidant levels in foods are quoted in ORAC units. ORAC, short for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity, is a basically a lab analysis that measures the total antioxidant power of foods and other chemical substances.
On the following website (link below) there is a table in which you can see the typical value of Goji berries compared to some other foods of known high antioxidant value. Prunes follow second but are still a long way behind Goji berries:
http://www.extremehealthusa.com/goji-berries.html
Another good one is Mangosteen. And there is also Noni juice.
Pomegranates are are also high in antioxidants, so are dates and all blue/black berries.
Here is another table of ORAC values of some common antioxidant rich foods at the bottom of the page on this link:

Hope this helps.

Vitamin C- 1,000-2000 milligrams, 2-3 times a day. Vitamin E-400-800 IU a day. Selenium- 100-200 micrograms a day. Mixed carotene's- 25,000 IU a day.Our food sources have been so depleted, you are wise to take supplements.Astragalus root (Astra-8) is another option! High in antioxidents, Garlic, and co-enzyme Q- 10 can also help with the above! Good luck!

Himilayan Goji is very high in antioxidants, as well as phytonutrients, flavenoids and the only food on earth that contains 4 natural polysaccharides. It is an adaptogen which rapidly removes inflammation, bacteria, acid and fungus from the system turning it alkaline from acidic. I have found truly amazing results with this.

Blueberries, wonderful full of antioxidants. Apples, broccolli, cabbage, romaine lettuce, red peppers all great. Green tea also has healing preventative qualities. All green leafy veggies, fruits all of them to varying degrees...but blueberries are my favorite. I make large grain oatmeal in the mornings toss some wheat germ on top some brown sugar ( I know but i love it) and three T of thawed baby blueberries on top..Yummy and energy packed.

Mex4me is absolutely right about the Himalayan goji berry juice.
The Himalayan goji juice has more powerful benefits on health, well-being and anti-aging than any other product seen in the last 40 years. If you would like to read more about it, e-mail me and I give you some links. I am drinking this juice myself and noticed a big difference in my energy level. For the first time, I got over my head cold and sinus infection without having to take any antibiotics. My immune system is getting stronger every day.
If would would like some info on this juice, e-mail me.
