I agree with DARLIN120, I am an avid user of ACV or Apple Cider Vinegar and it does do wonders for almost everything! I suffered from acid reflux and it took that away, and I began to use the facial treatments which are prescribed in the Bragg book for Apple Cider Vinegar and the hair treatments, my face is a lot more toned than before and I had some discoloration from the sun on my forehead and with ACV and some over the counter fade creme my face is even toned!! It made the creme work faster..and my hair SHINNY like i've always wanted!!

taken internally. 1 tsp to 6 oz distilled water or tomato juice a few times a day will help eliminate toxic wastes through out your body, helping the skin clear.
to open pores and loosen dirt and grease from your face, turn off heat under a pan of steaming apple cider vinegar and water, 3 tbspn to a quart. steam your face over the pan and use a towel draped over the head to trap the steam. then pat apple cider vinegar on face with a cotton ball to remove the loosened dirt. repeat steaming and cleansing twice. pat or spray on chilled apple cider vinegar diluted with an equal amnt of distill water to close pores and tone the skin. do this twice weekly as needed.
it is also good for sunburns, toning the skin, relieves poison ivy and oak, varicose veins, insect bites, athletes foot, yeast infections, diaper rash and dandruff..
