Never heard that one. What's wrong with aspirin, Advil, Tylenol?

Cloves are used for toothache. I would send you to a book on muscles, pain and referred pain called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. Written for the average person by a person who used to tune piano but found them self in a lot of pain, ended up distilling a large amount of info for us.

Ginger-Ginger Tea, Tablets or fresh ginger in hot water or put in soup.
