a kid in my grade said that u can take roids by ingesting and injecting. i thought the only way u can is by a syringe. is he right or am i. I was curious.

I took steroids in pill form.(orally) They were prescribed after a bad asthma attack to help open up my lungs.

YOu can do it either way. The injection method just gets it into your system quicker. I'm glad to hear that you are not taking steroids. I am sure that you don't want shrunken genitals, the inability to get and maintain an erection, severe cystic acne, a thick heavy jutting brow bone, and a temper that will spin out of control for no reason.

If they are for pain - have them get a book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. If not they may find it useful later.

In Korea they have vitamins with steroids in them. So the answer is yes you can take them orally.
