I work for a callcenter so I have to talk for several hours a day - I caught my husband's cold / flu about 3 weeks ago and all other symptoms went away, except for this cough - it won't go away and I don't want to take cough medicine because, even if the bottle says it's non-drowsy it always makes me sleepy. Someone told me to take a tablespoon of honey right before starting work becuz the honey will coat my throat and prevent me from coughing. I just tried it and the honey made it worse. Anybody now of a sure method that will stop my cough for at least a couple of hours? Just wanted to mention that I've made an appointment to see a doctor but it won't be until July 9th so I need something for in the meantime. Please help I need to be able to work.

There seems to be a lot of buzz lately about "anti-inflammatory" foods. What's so good about them?

I know I have a tendency to ask body-related questions, but I find the human body fascinating and am a little overly-curious.
So, how does sleep crust get there? And no, I don't want the Sandman as an answer!

Hi, I need a quick constpation fix.

I travel for my work, ( Flight attendant ) and need something that will work quickly and effectively before my next trip tomorrow.

This is not a common problem for me so I want to be back to regularity by tomorrow, I don't mind what I take, this is a one off problem hopefully, just the last three days.
