Everytime I eat or drink ANYTHING ( Not just salty foods or anything like that, I have a healthy diet ), I get EXTREMLEY bloated in my stomach. Is there any nautral way to stop or reduce this? Foods, drinks, herbs, anything. Any information will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I am soon going to start taking a cinnamon supplement. I'm looking for any advice or input on the subject. I am going to start taking it in hopes of it helping to level my blood sugar levels since I have been previously diagnosed with insulin resistance.

My main question is: How do I know how much to take? I am going to be purchasing the capsules in a vegetarian form (no gelatin capsules) so I've been researching where to purchase it from. The thing is... the capsules depending on brand contain anywhere from 200/350/500/605 mg each capsule. And almost all of the brands say to take at least 2 or more capsules per day. So... there is absolutely no consistency between the brands on how much to take.

Your thoughs...? I am leaning towards purchasing the 605mg capsules. I can get a 350 capsule bottle for $24.95 and the directions say to take 2 per day with a meal. So that is 175 servings... or a nearly 6 month supply for a good price. I will be taking 1210mg per day...

I am 19 and was often sick bladder infections and I often had a cold. I took about 25 times antibiotic pills. I read, when you take antibiotics too often, it is harmful. Is this true? How does it harm you?

I have a cold now, coughing, bronchitis, mucous spitting, soar throat. I am scared to take antibiotic again.

Is there anything homeopathic available to treat bacteria?

Ive read on an article that vaccines are one of the major contributions to Autism. Before 1989 the federadal gov. required only 10 vaccinations. Now theres 24. At the same time, the last survey done for autistic children in 1988 was 1 in 2,637. Now, there's 1 in every 166.

Anyone know what other alternative or is it safe just to completely not vaccinate my newborn?

Does intention (caring) really matter in massage?
I get the highest grades on evaluations and the most compliments/business card requests than the other students at Cortiva, yet I don't "care" like the other students do. Consequently, other students say "he's not a good massage therapist because he doesn't care," even though I can back up skill on paper better than anyone else.
So does intention REALLY matter? Or is it just something we're fed in school? Clients have never thought that I don't really care. Just a few students.
