Just a little FYI - if you want to spend the money for "Unisom" and those other sleep agents, check the ingredients!!
You could pay $8 for Unisom...
Or just pay for the ingredient - Dyphenhydramine HCL, which is the same as Benadryl! Get the generic pack, and save yourself almost $6!

Have u tried anything natural? A friend of mine takes a product called Prime Dreamz. Shes tried everything under the sun to get to a good night sleep and she said this is the only product that works. Its cost a little more than the well known products but according to her its worth it. check it out @ www.tkshopintl.us!

I have found that increasing my exericise during the day & taking a nice hot bubble bath right before bedtime helps me sleep and STILL NOT feel all drowsy in the morning.

I want to encourage you to not use sleeping pills of any kind, they all build dependency and then you must have them to sleep. If you have to take a pill please consider simple aspirin, the usual dose, and if you can work in a soak in a hot bath rub that will help. So will sexual release before bed. So will avoiding coffee or any caffeine in the afternoon, or taking naps.

my father in law likes the tylenol brand but i suggest this breathing technique it is really easy and normally puts me to sleep within 5 minutes. try it for one minute and see how much more relaxed you are.
breathe in to the count of four ( meaning at one you start to breathe in and by four you are totally full of air) and breathe out to the count of four (so at four you are totally out of air) count the time in your head one..two..three..four..go slow but not so slow that you can't last to the count of four. set a timer for one minute and do it for one whole minute see how relaxed you are. this is what i do when i am having a panic attack and need to stop it. it normally puts me right to sleep.
