its volenteers to the hospital. My grandma takes her dog into visit sick patients, and works the cashregister at the gift shop, and you dont get paid for any of it. When you go to the hospital to volenteer you have choices of what you want to do, and then you take a bunch of tests and get a shot to make sure you dont have tb and all that diff things.
