well there is wedding im in less than three days and idk if im going to fit in my dress cuz i gainded like 10 pounds
so got in better ideas?

overdrinking 50% or above alcohol or maybe try to looking at some disgusting programme which might show throat cutting or animal getting slit..or maybe go take a roller coaster ride...

This remedy may take awhile but eat Tostitos (salted) with mild to spicey salsa.. Then eat pinapple slices.. If you eat enough of both it will be as a faucet. Oh, it'll also hurt the throat if you don't chew the chips well enough.

Instead of going the throw up route, go the laxative route, it will help you lose that weight a bit faster. I am in no way promoting this for healthy weight loss, but I understand being in a pinch every now and a gain.
