You can solve this rightaway by taking 2 tabs of Betaine HCL (a nutritional supplement) about 20 minutes before each meal, and 3 caps. of Bromelain (another nutritional formula) right after meals.
Besides, don't drink water with meals, but one hour before meals or two hours after. Skip dinner, and remove all dairies from your diet.
At night time it will help you to drink a cup of Ginger tea with Chamomile.
Good luck! :)

Hi, if your complaints are troublesome and persistent and do not respond to simple measures, such as change in diet, a visit to your doctor could be helpful.
There are several causes of increased gas. This can include irritable bowel syndrome, ulcers, GERD or malabsorption syndromes
Most likely, the food you choose to eat can influence the amount of gas passed rectally. Although most of your food intake is absorbed in the small intestine, some foods, such as cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, baked beans, and bran may be are incompletely digested.
They are then broken down by bacteria in the large intestine, causing the formation of gas. A high roughage diet is important to promote bowel regularity, but excessive roughage or fiber may lead to bloating and increased flatulence.
There are a variety of OTC medications that can control gas - such as Beano, activated charcoal or Simethicone. These can be used for transient relief while the cause is investigated.

try to eat/drink peppermint AFTER each and every meal. This aids in digestion. also note that girls and guys bloat differently. different foods affect genders differently. for instance when I eat corn and rice (very common for females) I bloat right up. Maybe keep a food diary to see what foods and drinks do this to you. maybe you are not combining the food properly. 1. only eat fruit alone, same with milk. eat fruit at least half an hour before another meal and 2hrs after. 2. do not combine high starch meals with protein (steak and potatoes..sorry) 3. do not mix protein with fruit.
and if you are drinking during a meal, stop this, because this leads to bloating as well. and, do not lie down while or right after eating.

IBS.
Please also look into intestinal yeast infection. Which I think has a lot to do with IBS.
Fructose intolerance would be another thing to look into.
Oh, and gluten intolerance
Yeast : grapefruit seed extract.
Fructose intolerance: look up online what has fructose in it (lots of healthy stuff )
Gluten intolerance : Doc can diagnose but also look up online
