There seems to be a lot of buzz lately about "anti-inflammatory" foods. What's so good about them?

Uh, they help your body deal with inflammation as well a proper blood modulation.

Most of the food we eat today is pro-inflammatory. This increases risk of clotting. Don't forget that stroke is the #3 killer in the US.

Antioxidants are different from anti-inflammatory foods.

Omega 3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory. This makes avocados and salmon anti-inflammatory.

If you really want to know more about anti-inflammatory foods you should investigate MonaVie. To get healthy and stay healthy you need more than just the anti-inflammatory foods, they are just on piece of the puzzle. You need to educate yourself on the value of fruits and vegtables. Most of us in the USA Do Not eat right! Not even close! I'm guilty to.

U probably mean anti-oxidants? Yes, they control the inflammation and the free-radicals which are highly oxidising and are damaging to the cells and the organs.
