Drink a lot of plain water to help flush out the alcohol.
If you can drive OK, go to a drugstore and get Milk Thistle Extract (unless you're allergic to daisies/flowers). It comes in capsules and helps prevent headaches/hangovers by detoxifying your liver. You cannot OD on it. If you do plan to drink again, take them before drinking. There are no known bad effects from taking Milk Thistle (Silymarin).
Hope you feel better!

You shouldn't have taken tylenol. And dont ever take it while you have been drinking. It is very bad for your liver to combine alcohol and acetaminophine.
Ibuprofen reduces swelling which is what your brain is doing. Drink lots and lots of water. You'll be fine.

V8, toast, and a gallon of water over the course of the day. V8 for electrolytes and energy, toast to get your body to do work/get some blood pumping, and water to rehydrate.

Sounds like you are allergic to alcohol and have a very low tolerance to alcohol. People with your problem should not drink at all because if you do you will feel very unwell and it will just make you very ill.
