Should be fine. The Cod liver oil also contains Omega 3 fatty acids.

It requires a substantial daily intake of Vitamin E before you reach the theoretical toxic levels. However, that toxicity wouldn't kill you put it does put extra wear on your liver. You probably couldn't afford the amount of Vitamin E required for "fatal" toxicity.

Not a problem.

Cod liver oil is taken for the Vitamin A and D content so taking Vitamin E as well is not a problem at all.

yes. Benefit? Cod liver oil provides a necessary fatty acid, and Vitamin E is an antioxidant.

not really, cod liver oil already has substantial amount of vit e. also dont take any fat soluble vit like E or D in excess. just have it for 10-12 days. it could be fatal. consult a physician before its self medication
