No, and Vitamin A will not necessarily improve your eyesight. It is known to effect your visual purple used in night vision. If you lack Vit A, I am sure that will enhance your eye sight.

No. But eating dark green leafy vegetables will help keep you and your eyes healthy.
And don't take Vit A supplements, Vit A is toxic is surpirsingly small doses. Get your Vit A from fruits and veggies, not from a pill bottle.

NO. But eating fruits and veggies that are red will. tomatos, peppers, grapes, watermelons, etc. they have lutein.
But if you stare at a green spot for a few seconds intently and then move your eyes onto a white piece of paper, your vision will give you the exact opposite color on the color wheel. COOL.
