And now I have terrible gas. Its not normal like after eating chili farts, I am literally on the ground half the time because the pressure is so bad. And my family yells at me when I leave the room because the smell goes to the rest of the house.
Please what do I do, I bought them at an all natural store.

For those wondering, the pills are not working. I stopped taking them a day ago but its almost like the symptoms are getting worse. Thats why I am on here.

Yeh dump the pills - often these so called "enlarger pills" are just a blend of herbs and other natural ingrediants some of whom you are obviously reacting to badly. So stop taking them now and look to find other ways to enhance your sex life.

You have no idea what is in those pills regardless of the label. Try a penal implant, or maybe a vibrator for the misses they come in different sizes.
