I think it's time for me to restart my body. I've been feeling really depressed lately, really stressed out. I lost motivation to exercise and eat healthy, I want to sleep all the time, I've been gaining weight and my skin has been breaking out - bad. I just feel awful.
I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with detoxing? I don't want to do it for a 'diet', or just to 'lose weight' (although that would be great!), but I want to do it as an overall benefit to myself, especially since winter is coming up and I know I'll become much more sedentary and probably unhealthy.
I feel like I need to "jumpstart" my body - clean it out, start from fresh. Anyone have any good ideas or experiences?
