Your anxiety and depression can be caused by several factors but all of them have to do with vitamins and minerals. Go to a doctor or natural doctor and tell him you want tests!! Some essential tests for you. Blood work: Vitamin D Hydroxy 25 Complete Metabolic Panel 20 Thyroid Profile (Vitamin Bs) Hair Mineral Analysis: Will tell you a lot about how well you absorb different minerals and what you are difficient in. Save all that info. The minerals that you are difficient in take supplements or follow instructions from doctor. All this information is priceless when it comes to curing your problem. Vitamin D is very important, try getting 15 minutes of direct sunlight everyday (exposing atleat 15% of your body). What may help you a lot also is not eating 3-4 hours before bed. And eating well lots of fresh green vegetables. There are some herbs and supplements that will probably help but I don't recommend them to a great extent, like GABA, St. John's Wort.

Meditation and nutrition. Omega-3 fish oil can help with depression & stress, and so can exercise. Exercise can also help you feel more confident.

I meditate.
I am constantly angry and if I just close my eyes place both feet on the floor and picture all of my negative energy leaving my body
