BESIDES WARM MILK... ew. lol most things don't work for me, and i have to wake up at 7am tomorrow, and for the next 3 months, which is very difficult for me (i was late to school almost everyday for like.. 6 years) because it's really hard for me to fall asleep, and once i do, i sleep until anywhere from 10am to 2 pm. i try to go to sleep when i'm tiered or about to pass out but then i just lay there for EVER. I'll get up and do something until I get tiered again, but that either doesn't happen, or i'll go back to bed and won't fall asleep again. so ANYWAYYYY i need something now, not some plant i need to go hiking to find or something like that. are there any real HOME remedies? ... besides the milk.. i just can't do that >.<
