Witchcraft is literally a craft, or an art. In my definition, making natural remedies is a part of my practice of witchcraft. I make herbal teas, my own line of essential oil blends, bath salts, and a few other things - and charge them with intention - as well as there are a few herbs that on their own are natural medicine that I swear by and use when needed (garlic is a good example with its natural antibacterial and antiviral properties - great for fighting off colds.) So to me, there isn't much of a difference other than I might go one step further in making an herbal tea blend by charging it whereas someone who doesn't claim that it is witchcraft would just blend it.

I think this all natural sleeping aid may help you, it's called melatrol manufactured by a usa company. Supplementing your body’s natural melatonin will actually have a reinforcing effect: as your body readjusts to a regular sleeping pattern it will take over and start producing its own melatonin again.

Did you know that minerals are natures natural sleeping pill?
Often times when people have trouble sleeping it can be a nutritional (mineral) deficiency. I don't recommend one mineral because our bodies need a variety of trace minerals to support health.
Beyond that melatonin works great, is non addicting and can be used to aid with sleeping. (NOTE: meditation helps the body to create more melatonin naturally)
Stress is best relieved with meditation or EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Both of these help the body learn to deal with daily stress so they would be considered a "life skill" and superior to any medication because these techniques, once learned are available to you at any time.

Try Ashwaganda and if you try it and it gets into your system, when you sleep at night it will be restful deep sleep. I tis good for stress levels. L' tryptophan will work on some people well too, but it is hard to find.

Not being funny, but there is no all natural medicine.
All medicines have some chemicals/toxins in them.
You do have all natural products, supplements, vitamins, and Whole Food Products.

St. Johns wort or Brahmi. I use to take St. Johns wort but recently started taking Brahmi and am feeling great. I also found relaxation tapes good to send me off to sleep. Hope this helps.

I have a hard time sleeping. I have insomnia so everynight I take natural sleeping pills that I bought from the naturopathic doctor, they´re natural, they hav no chemicals, they help you sleep and relax you.

ginseng... it was found out in studies conducted that it is effective in curing diseases but has not yet gained some therapeutic claims. on the other hand some say it has a long lasting effect and countless benefits. you can try it....perhaps forgetting your problems for a while by going out and shopping can also help...(that's what my mother does)
