Natural? Here are some natural cures for pain:
Morphine (from opium poppy)
Codeine (from opium poppy)
Cocaine (from cocoa leaf).
Those all work very well for pain and are totally natural so they're safe. Right? (actually for safety they have a damn good track record)
If you are having issues with your neck so bad that you need pain meds otherwose you cannot function then you can deal with the addiction later. No weed. That's just stupid.

The "natural solution" would be to fix the source of the problem, instead of blocking the pain out with a drug.
From your description it sounds like you probably compressed the vertberea in your neck and some nerves are being pinched. If you see a fairly skilled chiropractor or osteopath they could probably fix it.
Otherwise, accupunture would probably help you, although this will more adress the pain than the actual problem.
The main thing with any of these methods to look for however is the quality of the practioner, not the method itself. Spinal injuries are cureable, but require a decent ammount of skill. If you have a simple nerve pinch in your spine any chiropractor should be able to solve it, but if the problem is more complex, you need to see someone skilled.
To advise anything for you to eat, or other things, I would need to know more about your condition, so with what I have that's about the best I can offer.
Hope you stop feeling crappy :/

No, it isn't just you, but your symptoms seem quite sevre! Missing school isn't such a big deal as it seems, just catch up work from your friends, this is part of a womans life which every female has been through. Every woman have different pains and period related illnesses, and yours just seems to be a bit more unusual than others, but asi said bfore, your not the only one! The only solution is to go to your doctor and see what they can avise you and perscribe you. They may need to do blood tests and things like that as, feeling faint, needing the toilet more often and vomiting is quite common around low or high blood pressure! Whatever this is, don't feel sad or insecure about this, most women come around things like this of their period too. Just go and see your doctor, and with the things i have said before, i'm not trying to scare you, its fact. You are fine, just need some help, tips and advise on how to prevent this! Good Luck xx :)

Did you get a recent X-ray or cat scan?
I had very tight neck and back muscles and they were pulling my neck in a position, that the bones were grinding on top of each other.
Painkillers or drugs to numb the pain would not help. You have to find out what causes your pain. And you have to act because it might cause some damage to your neck.
It could be that through the accident your spine is out of sync. You might be able to get this fixed by a chiropractor (there are non-forceful methods). You might be able to work on your posture and tension with Yoga, physical therapy and swimming.
If your problem is really chronic and you just want to manage the pain, I would try acupuncture.

It may be time to see your family Chiropractor for a thorough examination and treatment of the CAUSE of your pain. Don't treat pain by masking pain with drugs (which isn't even working for you) - treat the cause of the pain.
Best wishes and good luck.

Try DRibose. Read the following link. I take it for my fibromyalgia. Many people I have told about it have found relief from their pain:
