i am so sorry you are feeling depressed i have a few suggestions for you that may help.
1. drink water stay hydrated, dehydration will effect you in all kinds of negative ways including fatigue and headaches.
2. eat breakfast even if it is just cheerios and milk, it will give you more energy.
3. take an omega 3 vitamin and a multi-vitamin, this will help with your skin problems.
4. veggies and fruit
5. get moving for 10 min to start.
Please just pick a couple of these things and implement them into your day.
people are wrong to think that there is a quick fix. it will take a few months but to heal yourself from the inside out is the best way to go about it. this is not to say there are not detox things out there, it is just that they are not really effective. you need a long term solution such as get out of bed and go for a walk for 10 minutes this will help you body and brain by releasing endorphins that fight depression which is also helped by omega 3's. i know what i am talking about as i suffer from chronic depression and these things are my cure. if i do not stay active i suffer if i do not take my vitamins i suffer. depression is to me is like drowning it is so easy to let yourself slip under the water but these steps are the life preserver. it would not hurt to speak with your doctor ot a counselor. God Bless and keep you safe.

There are several good ways to detox, and many have been stated already. You could try fasting for 24-48 hours (I would suggest asking for advice before doing it if you haven't done it in the past), you could try a detox combination from the store, or you could make your own combination for detoxing (which is recommended if you have a bad reaction to any store-bought combination).
Drinking water will help to detox, and taking some supplements that work as cleansers may help as well. Specifically, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea (decaffeinated), Chlorophyll (fantastic cleanser), and even good amounts of fiber and water helps some people (although it's not very comfortable for the lower level of detoxification you get).
Those suggestions will only help for the initial detox.... but that may not help your depression and stress. If you still don't feel good after detoxing (which is possible), then there are a few things you could do. You could force yourself to go for a walk, bike ride, or some other "exercise activity" that you really enjoy, as that can get your endorphins going (the "feel good" chemicals in your brain). Or if you need a boost to even get that far, you could try St. John's Wort, SAMe, some B-Vitamins, GABA, Ashwagandha, or L-Theanine... those all help to support mood.

You can detoxify your body using different methods. Diets are often used for this purpose.
Body detox diets vary but typically involve eating or drinking nothing but raw, steamed or gently stir-fried vegetables and fruit, pulses, sprouted seeds, thin soups, juices and plain cereals such as brown rice, millet or buckwheat.
Detoxification involves a change in eating habits in an attempt to detoxify your body. These cleansing diets may last anything from a day to a week or even more, although they should not be continued for more than 2 or 3 weeks. Some cleansing diets focus on flushing toxins from the liver and other organs.
Another way to detox your body is to use detox foot patches. These are certified safe to use by FDA. Detox foot patch is made from natural ingredients.
Detox foot pads heat up the sole of the foot opening the pores, allowing for harmful toxins and lymphatic fluids to be drawn out. When you attach the detox foot pad to your foot before going to bed it is white and dry, in the morning when the chemicals have reacted with your body the ingredients become sticky and dark colored.
Detoxification kits may be bought from health food stores, or a qualified practitioner or natural physician can recommend detox products.
You should also start eating organic diet foods, getting regular exercise, and drinking adequate amounts of water to facilitate your detoxification. Pure relaxation, rest, and recharging are vital to detoxification process and rejuvenation.
A body detox is one of the best ways to refresh mind and body. Body detox is among the best ways of keeping ourselves clean and healthy, besides other methods such as special diets, vitamin supplements, natural therapies, and so on.
Live on!

There is a detox diet that I follow once a year, it is a 30 day program and sounds like just what you are looking for.
The first week you might feel tired but after about a week your energy will start to increase and you will begin to feel great.

There are several things out on the market to "cleanse" and "detoxify" your body. Try going to a natural food store or a store that specialized in vitamins and such.
My sister does that once or twice a year. It helps her a lot.

I have been wanting to clean my body out and just get refreshed too. :) I actually did some research and talked to some friends and will be starting a 9 day cleanse program. I should be getting it in a day or so. I can email you and let you know how it works out for me.

There is nothing like detoxifying or recharging.
Change eating habits, walk for at least half an hour, practice non-denominational meditation once or twice a day, and take things to a slower pace,

NONE of the "detox" things out there actually do anything.
They are just scams for the gullible who don't really understand how the body works.
