i recently found out i am a compulsive liar. it has ruined my relationship to hell. i care about my boyfriend more than anything in the entire world but i know if i keep lying; things wont ever work out. I WANT TO CHANGE and quit lying. he always knows the truth about everything. someone please tell me what i can do to change.

since i have started the BC seasonal its hard to sleep at night i keep waking up i take the pill 1pm everynight and would like to switch to like afternoons to see if it will help is there a safe way i would do it with out getting pregnant could i take it 11pm than early like 12 noon the next day or will taking ittoo close together hurt me.

I was charged $1,350 EACH for two porcelain crowns that I just had put in. They were done by a general dentist. Was I ripped off? I really feel like I was. I'm trying to do some research and figure out if I should be going to a different dentist who doesn't charge as much, because this is just ridiculous.

i want to gain more muscele in my arm, but not TOO much where i look like a man, because i AM a girl haha.
i want to tighten my chest (if that's possible) maybe loose a little bit of fat in my breasts.

Hi all,

I have just turned 19 recently and was at the dentist today and was expected to pay the bill as according to them Ias I am 19 I have to pay for my dental treatment !

I am 19 and in full time education with a bursary.... should I have to pay for treatment ?

(they gave me a form to 'help' with the costs as I have a low income)

any advice ?

I feel physically sick every time I see his car and also a little frightened. If I do somthing a little wrong he goes moody and wont talk to me, but if some one comes over he acts normal. We are not going out and he is alot older than me,(im talking 50 years) when we went out for a meal with a large group of friends, I discovered my pop tasted different he admitted putting alchol in my drink, but only admitted when we were alone. He was also winking at me across the table. when I go and see a few friends for an hour or so without working he finds excuses to get angry and start on me. Im constantly looking over my shoulder and cant have fun, I have to ask him what I can do and when can I do it. he takes me places and buys me things, he acts like a grandfather but I think its not as innocent as I would like to believe. Ive also found out that when he talks of me he calls me 'my teenager'. word got out on how he treats me and he doesnt know why people are acting different

I've always wondered. Suppose they do dilate your pupils and it turns out you do have accommodative spasms. Yet you still CAN´T see even if your nearsightedness is not "real" but due to the spasms. Do you still need to wear glasses? How is this solved?

I really want to start drinking more water. I drink maybe 1-2 bottles a day, and that's it. I would like to get it up to about 7 a day. The only thing is, I'm constantly busy. I'm running everywhere all day. My schedule would allow for extra "potty" breaks either, so I'm at a loss. What are some ways to fit in drinking more water? Are there certain times of the day when your body needs more water than normal?
