Yep, and it is possible that you have more than 4! I have had 6 removed(2 upper right, 2 upper left, and 1 each on the bottom). The most I have seen is 8. (You can count them on a panoramic x-ray) My suggestion would be to get a panoramic and see for sure.

You can develop 4,3,2,1 or zero wisdom teeth. You need x-rays to confirm their presence or absence. In very rare cases, patients develop an additional molar behind the wisdom tooth!

Not everyone has them, you need to get an x-ray though because more often than not, you do have them and they are all fully impacted in the jaw bone.
