The best referrel i heard is by word of mouth not always sites .so i wanted to know if anyone heard of a place in sacramento,ca that does really good breast implants please

I do implants, just not breast implants.

Well truthfully you could do it your self. All you need is some scissors and some whale blubber. Its probably a lot cheaper then going to any doctor. As for the whale blubber, go out and buy a harpoon, head to the nearest pool, and i'm sure you'll git yourself a big one. Best of luck.

natural is better but i guess you can go to a plastic surgery hospital. oh and ppl can tell wen your breasts are fake.

Do not even get breast implants. They are horrible for you and just search the net for the + and - of the procedure.
A local doctor (lady doctor) could probably give you references.
