i dont get why females moan so much, cant they stop themselfs? i dont think men moan when they do it.

list what you ate today and tell what your trying to do. (ie lose weight or gain muscle.) I'm curious to see what others diets look like.
I'm trying to lose weight and I ate today'
meal 1-oatmeal 6 egg whites(1 yolk) banana
meal 2 - chicken breasts with brown rice
meal 3 - almonds and an apple
meal 4- tuna and an orange
and i'll probably have another meal tonight same as meal 1

A few months ago, I decided to get off of my birth control pill. While I was on the pill I had regular periods and they were a normal flow. Now that I am off the pill. My periods are so light that I dont even have to wear a tampon. The first month off of the pill I had a heavy flow but now they are so little. My question is, is that is this normal. Is it ok to have such light periods. And my periods are still regular. Have never skipped any and they come at the same time.

Well I read that a strict 7 day water only drink would work with fruits veggies and very low sodium foods now I would like to know what I can eat every now and again what I could eat everyday and what I should never even think about eating I really want to lower my blood pressure quickly one week if possible I am just above normal however I would like to return to normal for the satasfactory I also would like to know more about blood pressure for instance is it bad to have high blood pressure for any amount of time once I lower it how can I keep it low while eating some salty foods every now and again.

Thanks for the help I really appreciate it one more question what if the only veggies I eat are carrots and lettuce? will that help in any way?

OK the back of my throat is red and kind of lumpy, I also have a runny nose and a cough. Im not sure if my throat is just infected or is it because that when i give my bf a bl0wjob its unprotected.
