I see soo many, I can't afford them all! Which Vitamins are considered key ones?

Eat balanced, healthy diet and then you won't need vitamins.

There are too many! I stick to multi vitamins which have a bit of everything and B complex vitamins for when Im feeling run down and low on energy.

In general terms people who eat a balanced diet, which includes their 5 a day neither need nor get any benefit at all from taking additional vitamin supplements.

Just take an every day normal multivitamin

I take those and B vitamins and I'm doing well

If you take a balanced diet and milk ,there is no need to take any supplements.You consult a GP and if he finds any vitamin deficency take that only.General OTC multi vitamin tablets just wastes your money.

Why not just take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement then. They contain all the vital nutrients your body will need.

you don't need vitamin supplements unless you eat really bad or your a vegetarian

just take a multi-vit a day, they are cheap
