Im 16, and I never had my period before. I am not thinking about having a kid for a long time, but If i never get my period, will I be able to get pregnet? Cause some of my friends said I could still with no period at all...

well getting your period is basically due to an unfertilised egg not implanting into the wall of the uterus. When you get your period all the lining that has been building up over your cycle falls from the wall and that's the blood and mucus you get. If you don't release an egg the hormones that tell your body to create a lining and subsequently tell it to shed from the wall aren't present. So if you're not having your period it could mean you are not releasing eggs yet. Ask your mum when she had her period and you will get a good indication of when you will get yours. Some girls don't get it till their 18 but if you are in doubt its best to check with your ob/gyn.

Yes, you can get pregnant in the month before you get your period for the first time. Since you do not know when your first period will start, you could get pregnant if you have sex then start within a month after.

PREGNANT is how it's spelled. You should have a pelvic exam at the OB/GYN and determine that everything is normal. Some girls dont' get their periods until well into puberty.
