Are you sure it ends in "quel", because I can't find one. At least not from the following database: http://www.rxlist.com/drugs/alpha_a.htm
I searched the whole database, but can't find anything containing "quel".

Seroquel is used to treat:
Bipolar Disorder
Depression
Mania
Schizophrenia
Therefore, it's not a sleeping pill.

Not a sleeping pill, but a cold medication that does the trick for me is Nyquel.
