HELP!
The gym that I am a member to is closing down for 3 weeks for renovations, those 3 weeks start today! I don't know how I'm going to work out at home, I have never done it before because I've been a member of this gym for so long!

The only thing I have at home is a treadmill. I don't even have free weights or anything.

What exercises can I do over the holidays to keep me in shape?

first off dont give me crap about lip rings if you dont like them i dont care. I came here for help not for you to complain.

I already schedules a doctors chekup but its a week from now.

Ok so Ive had my lip piercing for about 10 months now. So i kept it out for a while and i stuck it back in and it kinda stretched out the hole a bit. It was a little red and sore but i assumed that would go away. Now its a little bit more swollen it looks likea bit red zit ...it doesnt realyl hurt much but every now and then there is this discharge...not like puss it isnt that watery but this yellowish white discharge out of the hole. Is it just healing or infected?

Im seeing a doctor...as i said its a week from now tho. What can i do now to help my lip?

At first I was thinking of posting it in the Singles & Dating category, but the nature of this problem is somewhat strange so I decided it would be more appropriate to ask here.

I have a guy friend who dated this girl around two years ago. I actually know this girl a bit, she's sweet, kind, loves children, popular, pretty, and gets along well with people. My friend and his family was poor btw, but he saved what he could for that girl. However, she wasn't so nice as she seemed. During that time she was with my friend, she was actually sleeping with someone else. Eventually my friend found out but before he could speak his mind to her, she called him one night and gave him the typical BS "I'm sorry, we have to call it off because I'm going to migrate to *insert country here* and I don't want to leave anything behind." Heartbroken, he asked her if they could meet in person so he could be granted closure and she agreed. *continued below*

I have been storing up a lot of anger from a few people for a few month now. I really hate them, for many of the things they have done. Up until now I just acted as though everything is fine, even though I really want to "get rid" of them (if you know what I mean). I don't want to do this, but I am really disturbed right now.

I need some advice, effective ones, on how to direct this anger while holding up to my busy schedule.

that you can induce gas? I'm in pain right now. I can't burp and I can't fart and it's painful. The only soda I have is flavored seltzer water and it tastes like crap. I tried sitting on the toilet for awhile and it didn't work it just frustrated me even more. Help please!!!

For the past week or so, when I lay down at night (on either side) my right hip will start to tingle suddenly. If I move it stops, but will start again. On occasion, I will wake up and the area will be numb even if I'm not laying on it. There are no outward signs of a problem, but my right hip does feel a little tender. It doesn't look red and movement is perfectly normal. What could be wrong?

In November of 2006, I was in a car accident that left me with a back injury (bulged disc). I eventually had surgery in February 2007.

I started a job about in August 2007, doing webmastering and system administration (desk job). Prior to employment, I told my employer straight out that I had back surgery, and was still occasionally on medication. In the interim, I was pain free, and things were going really nicely. Then, a few weeks ago, I hit a major snag.

The pain started on November 25. I went to the doctor, and he said that the same disc that I had surgery on was the one causing problems. I have so much chronic back/leg pain that I can't even think; plus, when I take meds, I can barely even stand; thus, I can't perform my job properly.

Here's the problem. I just got company health insurance, and this is what is paying my doctor appointments so far. I'm afraid that I will be fired due to this injury, and that I will lose the insurance. Can my boss fire me because of this?

Lately I haven't been feeling normal. I'll be sitting there and then all of a sudden I get really scared and think something is happening when everything is perfectly fine. And lately I've been getting these pains on the left side of my chest (I'm only 20, I doubt it's heart problems) they usually last 5-10 mins then I'm perfectly fine. It only seems to happen when I'm thinking about it, when I get my mind off it, the pains go away. I'm scared and don't know what's wrong. Does this sound like anxiety? Is there anything I can do naturally to take care of it.

OK, so about five years ago my husband and I spent a whole day at the beach. I'd say it was about seven hours. I was eight months pregnant, yes I know, very bad! I was under umbrellas the whole time, yet I still got a really bad sunburn on my back. I had this cut out on the back of my bathing suit. When I went home, I had this big red circle on my back. Painful, let me tell you! It has been five years now and it still hurts so much. My shirt and undergarments do not bother me unless they rub my back. Even if my husband runs his hands or fingers lightly down my back, it still hurts. It feels like I still have a sunburn. I feel like little needles all over my back. Could my back be permanently damaged? The pain only occurs when my back is rubbed.

Lately ive been having bad stomach cramps and abdominal pain. Starting today I started getting itchy around my anus (sorry..too much info). About 30 minutes ago I started having a stomach ache so I went to the bathroom. I went, and I had one spot of blood on the toilet paper that was BARELY noticeable. I feel like I cant even sit down. When I do sit down and move by body back I have BAD pain. Does this sound like hemroids to you?
Any other ideas? IBS?

Should I lose weight: 15 yrs old, 5 foot 3 or 4, and 120lbs.
Im in track, and I know that the weight I have gained has made me stronger and faster. However, Im still a girl, and I miss looking skinny. I think losing some weight would make me feel so much better, because I feel like crap and fat right now. Should I do what makes me feel happy, or what? any suggestions on how to lose weight heathy? thanks

i have a size b..im 17. if breast enlargement pills dont work then why do they have a money back guarentee? have you had any luck--if so with which brand? and when you stop taking do they go back down? also im about to have to be put on birth control to help regulate my periods, i hear they make your breast large(r). well when they are finally regulated and i get off birth control are they going to look not as perky??? can i still grow at 17 if my period didnt come till i was 14??

Just something to think about, If Viagra makes something organic firm, can I put a half a tab in my assparagas to keep it firm? Do I then have four hours to serve it before it becomes limp again?

Take a breath. I am in a lot of pain and on medication. Thought is was an interesting question to break the pace from kids asking if they are packing enough junk in the trunk.

I used a condom and it didn't slip off at all when I put in on. I pulled on it and everything, it felt fine. When it got really lubricated from my semen, then it slips a little but still doesn't come off. Then I got really wet from ejaculating and it slips off fairly easy...
Is that normal????? I don't want kids yet!!!
Should I get a different size?? If so, I don't want to do that because that'd be REALLY embarrassing...
So would there be another way?? (not rubber bands or tape either...)

At first look at me, you would think i was a normal fun loving adolescent. im 20 yrs of age and single. i portray myself carelessly as all male twenty-somethings tend to do. i have a small circle of friends that i hang with. i also attend big social gatherings were i have fun via alcohol n pot. obviously i dont loose control of my "habit" because im doing very well in college full time. ive never commited a crime or murder or anything for remorse to take hold n choke the happiness away. i also did modeling for a few months and am a certified personal trainer. yet i dont know what is wrong with me... i sometimes think im just a depressed person. yet when others ask me how i can keep being the happiest most outgoing guy they know, i cannot help but feel an ironic twist because inside me, i feel my soul is alone and deeply saddened. what can i do? i even loose sleep. cry. silently at night many times over until the cruel imsomnia leaves me alone. what can i do? help me someone.

Me and my gf had intercourse wearing condoms on oct 8....it was her last day of periods....she was bleeding for five days after that......we again had on nov25 wearing condoms......we took pregnancy test on 11 dec and found it negative........should i have to tak test again.......is she pregnant........? she usually has irregular periods......whats the reason she didint get periods yet..................?

I have a toothache from a molar. I am on antibiotics and was referred to an Oral Surgeon. The Surgeon is telling me I should have a root canal on the molar and then he will extract it.

That sounds crazy to me? Why would I spend money on a root canal for a tooth that will be removed in a month?
