first off dont give me crap about lip rings if you dont like them i dont care. I came here for help not for you to complain.

I already schedules a doctors chekup but its a week from now.

Ok so Ive had my lip piercing for about 10 months now. So i kept it out for a while and i stuck it back in and it kinda stretched out the hole a bit. It was a little red and sore but i assumed that would go away. Now its a little bit more swollen it looks likea bit red zit ...it doesnt realyl hurt much but every now and then there is this discharge...not like puss it isnt that watery but this yellowish white discharge out of the hole. Is it just healing or infected?

Im seeing a doctor...as i said its a week from now tho. What can i do now to help my lip?

keep doing after care and try 2 keep the ring in. sea salts are great but dont use peroxide. it does more harm than help. dont touch it much and if u do make sure u wash ur hands. this will keep the infection from getting any worse. and dont listen 2 the smart alleck ppl who say there ugly because there not and they dont have to look at it anyway :)

With an attitude like yours, it's a wonder someone hasn't slapped you in the mouth, lip ring and all!!.If white crap is coming from the "wound" it is infection. Quick remedy until you see the doctor is wash it with hydrogen peroxide, several times a day. Put the peroxide in a shot glass or some other small receptical , hold it so the peroxide goes through the piercing, blot with a soft cloth , don't rub the sore.

Well it may be infected so your best bet is just do a walk-in to a piercer and most will look at it for free.

Oh and gargle some saltwater and rub a bit of hydrogen peroxide on the outside with a q-tip

transfer that ring to the uvula, that thing dangling on the roof of the palate. it looks nice there.
