Lately I haven't been feeling normal. I'll be sitting there and then all of a sudden I get really scared and think something is happening when everything is perfectly fine. And lately I've been getting these pains on the left side of my chest (I'm only 20, I doubt it's heart problems) they usually last 5-10 mins then I'm perfectly fine. It only seems to happen when I'm thinking about it, when I get my mind off it, the pains go away. I'm scared and don't know what's wrong. Does this sound like anxiety? Is there anything I can do naturally to take care of it.

Yeah sounds like anxiety, the heart problem could possibly be from the anxiety, panic attacks can feel like heart attacks. You have to learn to rationalize yourself, like when you start freaking out over nothing you have to look around and say to yourself nothing is wrong, nothing bad is going to happen, like so in your mind you are in the real world instead of just letting your brain run wild. There is also things like listening to music, writing down your problems or fears when you start to get scared, just keep busy so you dont think about it. Not everyone uses medication for anxiety, you can also see a therapist that will teach you coping methods when you feel anxiety coming on.

I don't advise healing since it'll now not remedy your difficulty, handiest suppress it so it might probably come out in yet another kind, possibly in a procedure going down inside your frame that you're going to now not observe till it's too overdue. As for anxiousness assaults, I had an acquaintance who used to be within the equal problem. I didn't support her since she refused support, however I have a few unusual ways to manage this. It sounds as though there are not any colossal disorders on your lifestyles, however I'm handiest assuming from the "undergo from assaults of anxiousness for no obvious intent" quote. It could be useful so that you can search an possibility in which you'll consciousness on different men and women in 3rd international international locations, possibly volunteering to distribute malaria remedy or meals, even. When you are handling a truly drawback, typically those matters take the backdrop and go away you on my own. On the opposite hand, strain can mount bigger and you'll be able to uncover your self worse off, however I doubt this.
