I have been storing up a lot of anger from a few people for a few month now. I really hate them, for many of the things they have done. Up until now I just acted as though everything is fine, even though I really want to "get rid" of them (if you know what I mean). I don't want to do this, but I am really disturbed right now.

I need some advice, effective ones, on how to direct this anger while holding up to my busy schedule.

Anger and vengeance are ugly emotions to have and they are damaging to you. Do not let the actions of others tear you down let it go. There is a saying the best revenge is living well. Never lower yourself to those who do bad things. Hold yourself above that behavior.

These kind of people lack self control and sensitivity you are better then that and you deserve better then that. Focus on your goals which should not include revenge but rather bettering yourself in a positive way.

The only person you can control is yourself. Try to step outside yourself and look around at others that are worse off then you maybe offer those who would appreciate a hand up you will help someone else who needs it and will appreciate you. That is worth more then money can buy or revenge can give. Take care and live well may peace go with you.

Find a physical way to deflect the anger, go to a gym and use s punching bag, go for a run before or after work or school. Do some thing that will make you physically tired to the point of exshated. That should help take your mind off of what's bothering you. Than to further help get it off your mind you should write a letter to the people you're upset with, get it all out and than either burn the letter or tear it up. It would help you get the feelings out and make it easier to deal with what you have to.

You should probably direct your anger, by focusing it into a hobby you have. Anything you enjoy doing should work. Every time you get angry, do ____. Since you have a buisy schedule, try something that can be done just about anywhere. Drawing, word games, word puzzles, reading, etc.

Good luck!

It may be in your best interest (and theirs) to see some professional help.
You should not have to suffer with these feelings alone. Lots of people are willing and want to help.
You should also try some physical activity, go for a run, sit and meditate, play video games.
