Never pass up a water fountain. Everytime you go by one, stop and take a sip.
Also keeping a water bottle with you is a good idea. Just start with small sips.

Every time you use the restroom make sure you replenish your fluids with a nice glass of water. This will keep you regular throughout the day, and you will be reminded because you are losing body water each time you go. Your goal should be to make your urine clear, because that means your body is retaining all the vitamins. Yellow urine is one of the signs of dehydration. Most people in America are dehydrated right now...okay seriously now I have to go get a drink of water. Hope this is helpful!

There isn't an answer to this that is scientific. If you just become consciously aware that you aren't drinking...then maybe you will be more likely to get a glass of water here and there.
If you think of the benefits of drinking than maybe you will also. For instance, by not drinking you are making yourself dehydrated (I bet your pee is really dark). Also, drinking water is good for your skin as well as you GI tract.

I carry a water bottle and reload it through out the day. It takes a liittle getting used to. I drink water instead of snacking.

Put aside a 2 litre container of water, and every time you walk past it, drink a glass. That way you can see how much you have left to drink and remember to do so.

sip on smoothies made with lots of juice keep it frozen and try to sip/drink on this all during day. You can easily make them sugar free and low fat. Just make sure you put enough juice, flavored water, ice in with the fruit or veggies...you can even use plain water...hope this helps its fun delicious and healthy

Easy. I've done this exact thing!
What you do is have a bottle always handy and whenever you get up from any chair, it's time for one gulp. Sitting back down? One more gulp. You'll get two gallons a day.
You will get a lot of cuckoo answers on here, but trust me, this is the best answer, because it creates a sort of "game" for you to play while at work and at home.
Soon, you will get to share your quirkiness with your co-workers and friends and like three more people will copy you (that always feels good)

now a day all the one are in AC so they are not feeling thristy
the main thing that we should do while sitting in AC is we should drink more water
i will say one thing it will help you i think so
at morning drink 2 glass of hot water if you drink hot water you will feel keep on thristy
