its not serious its just a muscle thing... i was working out full body at the gym and now that im home and relaxed i notice a dull pain in my left arm that kinda runs up the back of my arm to my armpit... it feels a bit fatigued and just a minor dull pain...anyone know what happend?

I am on metformin, but not diabetic.

'm in college but don't really drink that often. Tonight there is the big holiday dance, and I realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly want to drink/am going to drink. I know I'm going to get a lot of responses saying just not to drink but keep in mind that I am going to - should I skip taking it tonight or should I just take it anyway ?

So I just recently started taking Birth control a like 3 months and the first month i took it I had my period for 2 weeks, then the second month wasnt so bad but i had it twice in one month, before and the days of the white pills. Now the 3 month I havent been doing so well with taking them ive had my period 3 times and I have been forgeting to take them alot. Its really ruinning my sex life. We still use protection eventhough I was taking the pill. So my question is why is my body freaking out and should I go to the doctor about this? Is there and alturnitive to pills besides depo? and how should I remind myself to take it everyday?

i got a tattoo 3 yrs ago and i remember the lady that did mine said that all the equipment is completely sterile and that they use a new needle on every person..but i also remember a contract they gave me to sign before getting inked that said that there are chances of catching an std from getting a tattoo and that they arent responsible for whatever happens to me.wasnt thinking about this until NOW..if they were so sure there equipment is safe to be used then what was the purpose of having to sign that paper.??

I know of 3 women who currently taking "Lexapro". Two are being treated for "depression/anxiety", one is for "panic disorder. Has anyone experienced this possible side effect? It's an "obsessive" interest in other men. Although these women know these men, were given flattering attention, (even the slightest) it's as if these women are consumed by these men, unrealistically. Most importantly, these women were the most rational, realistic woman regardless,
of their "conditions" before "Lexapro".
Lexapro totally keeps the panic attacks under control for one woman.
Any "OCD'S" as a side effect noticed by "Lexapro"?

What are some natural foods and remedies to help with this acne? I hate having it. I'm using Differin, that my doctor prescribed, but it's not working. And I used 10-day prescribed pills. I'm tired of all the chemical crap. I need natural stuff that'll help. And my Doc said use a facewash but nothing with soap. He recomended Neutrogena but the Walgreens folks told me to use Cetaphil facewash (and I am) but it really dries my face out. What should I use instead?

The wold would be so much better if everyone had perfect skin!! LOL.

One summer I just grew. By 6th grade, I was 5'5"... the problem is that I STOPPED growing. I haven't grown an inch since 6th grade and I was 11? I am now 18 and I really want to be at least 5'8".
