Maybe it is a calcium problem. I do not drink milk... at all. Dairy is scarce in my diet.

I stopped growing when my period started; is it possible it has something to do with anemia?

Maybe you are too old to get much taller, but I will give you some things to try. I think that plenty of exercise might make you a little taller even if only from firming you up. Then there is the fact that how tall people get is determined by the quantity and quality of fat in their diet. It is not an accident that people in Iceland grow very tall. It is from all of the Omega 3 fat in their diet. It comes from the type of fish that they eat. It also comes from flax seed. I cannot promise you anything, but these are some really good things to try, and you have to really work at the exercise, especially your back and stomach muscles, and also your leg muscles from running. Jumping rope is also good. Do both if you can. Nobody can give you a magic formula that will automatically stretch you without any effort on your part. If you are not willing to work at it then you must not want it very bad. Also: give these things time to work. It might take months before you even begin to see the slightest results and be prepared to make exercise a permanent part of your life in order to maintain your posture.

You are probably past the growing stage as females usually stop growing at 15 and often earlier but sometimes growth continues beyond 15.
Perhaps a search for "grow taller" + "natural ways" might be of interest.

The only way you're going to gain height "naturally" now that you're 18 is to get yourself some high heels, honey. You're done.

human growth hormones make you grow taller. Problem theres alot of scammers that sell them and they are not the real deal. They put other crap and sell while not putting hgh. To find the real deal more likely ask a doctor and if he helps he can prescribe you one with better chances of being safe. I want to be taller too. I want to be 6'4, im only 5'10. when I go see my doctor I might ask about it next time. I want to be taller too.
