Congrats on being in remission! I hope it continues to go like that. I am sorry about your ex-friend. :-( Who knows what the future brings though.

If she was really your friend, she would have been there for you. The new boyfriend is not an excuse. There are many other people out there and hopefully you will find in someone else the "True" friend you deserve!

Celebrate that you have been cancer free for 2 years.You feel disappointed how your friend seemingly abandoned you when you needed her most.Some people are afraid they will not know how to act or what to say when someone is sick.How very sad tha they don't realize they don't have to entertain you but just be there for you.I guess more importantly to just be themselves.Your in our prayers.Take care.

omg !!! that great I'm very sad for your friend too... i lost my mother to cancer 21 yrs ago this was her favorite time of year Christmas she loved it
