Sometimes hormone levels even when in menopause can make a woman's breasts sore. Another possibility is that of a condition called costochondritis which is an inflammation of the cartillage around the ribcage (I have this problem and one of the symptoms I got of it was breast pain that went under my arm).

I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on. In the mean time you can try a heating pad or warm, wet face towel to see if that might be of help to the pain til you can get in to the doctor for evaluation.
