I'm a 22 year old White male. Besides going to a dentist and brushing one's teeth, what is the vitamin to help restore a rooth to its former shape if it has a bit chipped off. Not missing an entire tooth, but a piece of it.

No vitamin can do that. You have to go to the dentist and have dental work done.

You cannot restore a tooth using vitamins alone. You need to have dental work done, but you should still boost your intake of calcium and vitamin D a little bit.

Topical fluoride remineralizes (hardens) tooth enamel, like what you find in toothpaste. Your teeth do not have the ability to restore a chip. A dentist can put some bonding material on it, or, if it's not severe, it can also be reshaped with no bonding needed.
