First, to clear things up: I'm a guy, 6'1, weigh about 165. I am not interested in losing weight, nor am I self-conscious about it.
Now I get hungry all the time, but some days I just don't. Today, I woke up around 10:00, and still haven't eaten. I realize it's unhealthy, but if I'm not hungry, I just wont eat anything. I don't think I'm sick or anything, so I was wondering if any of you have days where you don't really get hungry at all.
