hey i'm just about to start fulltime work for the first time (30+ hrs a week). do you have any advice for handling it? I dont want to become bogged down.

i am going to go to they gym 4-6 days a week. mostly for cardio.

i hae healthy diet planned out.
pretty much portion control and no junk food.

i am only drinking water and milk(skim)

and i am 5ft 4in and 130 pounds.

how long do you think it will take me to get to 110?

I get this horrible allergic reaction from orange juice i guess and my family wont believe me at all! So my aunt goes out and buys this...orange juice slash soda thingy and its so weird, and it had more acid on it than usual. She opened it, and the smell was SO strong it completely wafted throughout the entire apartment and stayed for more than half an hour. I ran out yelling my lungs out, telling them to cover it. I saw it was a weird oil thing and i got confused completely. Ugh. The reaction was horrible. I was choking, gagging, feeling nauseus, dizzy, and lightheated the entire time. My throat was like closing in on me and i really felt like i was just gonna stop breathing. But it wasn't even orange juice!
What am i allergic to? And how can i help treat it?
I eat oranges, but cant STAND fake orange juice or strong orange soda The thing was one of the worst smelling orange-juicy oil things i have ever smelled, but my family ADORED the smell! How come?

i was told to start the pack on the first day of my period.
i did.
the pack i have says the weekdays above each pill.
i started taking the pills on a wednesday but i started with the sunday pill.
does this really matter? other than i cant look at the days to guide me through the pills.

But I've been getting hot flashes lately. I never had a hot flash before, but I feel it is such an uncomfortable feeling. These flashes do effect what I am doing. Is there any things, other than menopause, that could be the reason I am having thes terrible hot flashes? I get about 2-3 per week for about 2 weeks now. I apologize for all women who get these flashes, as I just thought, oh you get hot, it goes away, get over it. I was wrong. It is not like that. I told my parents that my ankle hurts. My dad said that they should take me to a doctor and my mom sais that if you have been walking on it, you don't need to get it checked out. My dad agreed. Do you think that I should still get it checked out?

Also, my mom says she'll wrap it in an ace bandage but does that mean I need crutches so I don't walk on it?

hi i need an answer for my questions my dad is going in for back surgery because he has damaged his forth and fifth nerve and his satatic nerve how long and bad will the healing process be for him also he has a form of diabetis will this affect him when recovering cause he can be really stubborn and not do what he is told especailly when his sugars are low.

my symptoms are shortness of breath,a feeling like my throat is swollen or tight which is probably causing the shortness, pressure and slight pain on and off in my ears,headache pressure feeling all over my head ,slight dizziness,had a slight sore throat that subsided a little...no fever...im going to the dr tomorrow..my friend thinks it might be an ear infection so i was wondering if one can cause these symptoms especially the throat stuff/short of breath?..if not from what i said what do you think it could be? im 21 m...i went to the dr last week all he found was some white at the back of my throat but he wasnt sure what it was said it didnt look like any kind of infection to him

I'm 14, I've just been told after several years of badeyesight verging on full-need for glasses that my eyesight is improving I'm very happy! Been told to do all this stuff like keep stuff further away from me to help my eyes get better. But after I think 2 weeks its not made much difference I still need my glasses for class.

So what can I do? I see there's a Nintendo DS game called Sight Training should I give that a go or is there something to help me improve my eyesight further.
