You could have just ran into something and can't remember. If it doesn't go away and continues to be painful u may need to have it checked out. There could be a cyst or inflamed tissue causing the pain.

There has never, ever, anywhere been a case of a teenage boy having breast cancer. And if a 15 year old girl had it, her case would make news around the world. The youngest male ever to be diagnosed with breast cancer was 24; his case is known internationally. Nothing you describe suggests breast cancer anyway. Talk to one of your parents about this, an/or mention it to your doctor at your next appointment so that s/he can reassure you

Calm down for one there may be nothing to worry about. I suggest going to your doctor, however they will probably tell you to just keep checking over the next couple of weeks and go back again then (it will not get a lot worse in that space of time). You may have just bruised it and at 15 even if you may think you've stopped, your breasts will still be growing and they naturally are uneaven.

It could be a cyst or something else. I had something like that and I went to the doctor and they did a biopsy. It wasn't cancerous, but I forgot what the doctor called it. You should let your doctor check it out.

As to whether this bump is cancer or not the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think it is.

You said you're only 15 and it can't be cancer. WRONG. It can be. Better safe than sorry! Go to the doctor and have it checked.

It is probably something very benign but for your own peace of mind, tell your mom about it and go get it checked. You will feel better, knowing for sure.
