i have the new sonicare 9500 elite, and i love it! i used to use an oral B which just doesnt compare. the philips is not exactly the most compact configuration, even though you can unscrew it and reduce the length by half. it does come with a nifty case, and also two brushes. i would recommend the smaller head because my dentist said the smaller one hits the difficult parts better.
im not familiar with the other models so i cant give you my opinion on those.

I'VE USED MY SONICARE ELITE FOR YEARS AFTER I USED ORAL-B AND SEVERAL OTHER TYPES.
ONCE YOU START USING ONE YOU WILL WONDER HOW YOU GOT BY W/O ONE.
