i get sore when having sex...?

what can i do... i get really swallon down below during sex, after like 5-10 minutes, the bit between my hole and bum hole (sorry only way to describe easier) is sore too. only problem is this only happens after my bf has gone down on me and i have *** then we have sex... so can only have sex with no fore play before. help please.

There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this such as infection but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
