What can you do, without meds (I take enough as it is for other stuff) to help with sleep? I am pretty sure it is not the meds since I have taken them for quite some time.

Take a warm bath with either the lights off or low, then get a cup of warm tea (nothing with high levels of sugar in it), then read a chapter or two of a book. Then right when your done with your chapter or two turn the lights off and close your eyes. Make sure you do this right after your done reading so your mind doesnt start to think of ways to keep you awake.

Good Luck =]
