There are many reasons for green feces, none of which indicate a serious, or even minor, condition. You don;t mention how long you've been doing this, or whether you have other symptoms, so I'm assuming you're healthy otherwise.
1. Lots of leafy, green vegetables can make this happen.
2. Foods with blue or green dyes can make this happen (FDA Blue Dye #5, specifically).
3. Some medications such as iron supplements can do this.
4. Constipation or diarrhea can cause green feces. Feces are normally bile-green; they don't turn brown until they pass through your intestines and the enzymes turn them brown. Therefore, if you've had diarrhea, or were constipated and took a laxative, the feces passed through too quickly to be colored brown.

If you're eating a lot of green leafy vegatables, that could cause it and that's nothing to worry about.
However, if you find yourself having a lot of accompaning pain when you're going to the bathroom, you're probably want to try a colon and liver cleanser http://www.marketamerica.com/betteyee/index.cfm?action=shopping.uoProduct&storeID=8&prodID=13281

Hmmm that happens when your food hasnt had proper time to digest....have you been taking laxatives? Or something that makes you poo? If not, then maybe you just ate something really green. lol
